ALISHA MILLIGAN won a basket of baby goodies from the Richmond Bridge of Hope’s “Community Baby Shower” event. The shower was recently coordinated by Richmond’s Bridge of Hope Program and Executive Director Connie Taylor and held at Ray County Library’s Community Room.
