Before school was out for the summer, Richmond Middle School (RMS) held an all-school assembly and while doing so – surprised RMS teacher Brenda Hamm as the 2023 Middle School Educator of the Year. “Hamm has unique ways to engage her students and works diligently to have a classroom with unlimited opportunities for all her students to have a positive learning experience. With her love for teaching, she inspires her students to do their best and takes pride in being an educator that offers enrichment opportunities for each of her students to excel,” The letter of recommendation stated.
