Do you have attention to detail? Attention to detail can start from a young age where curiosity meets acknowledgment. Personally, this girl has attained attention to detail from a young age but also endeavored in high school when annotation came into the English classroom experience. For example, an annotation can be a note that you scribble in the margin of your textbook, as is an explanatory comment that you add to a list of tasks at work. Something that has had such notes added to it can be described as annotated, according to dictionary.com. Learning the definition of annotation changed the way I viewed actions and experiences. Everything was something to be noted and noticed. One of the first books I annotated was The Pearl by John Steinbeck in 2014. It was interesting to sticky note when symbols and foreshadowing were occurring, inferring what action will mean in the end.
