Police Interim Chief Scott Bagley of the Richmond Police Department reported the following incidents handled recently by the department. THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23 At 3:24 p.m., an officer responded to the Richmond Police Department for a report of a theft. The incident is under further investigation. FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 24 At 9:30 p.m., an officer responded to the 900 block of Walton Way for a report of shoplifting. A 26-year-old Richmond woman was subsequently arrested for the offense. The case was forwarded to the City Prosecutor for further action. TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 28 At 4:28 a.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of West Lexington Street for a structure fire. FRIDAY, MARCH 3 At 10:30 p.m., an officer responded to the 700 block of Wollard Boulevard for a report of theft. The incident is under further investigation. At 4:44 p.m., an officer responded to the 500 block of West Main Street and arrested 19-year-old David Ramey of Richmond for Failure to Appear on Ray County…
