TRIO OF CHAMPIONS A trio of champions of led Richmond Tuesday at the Central Methodist University High School Invitational at Fayette. Kaylee Pugh and Genevieve Didier were the individual champions for the Richmond girls, who placed second among 10 schools with 99 points. Pugh, a junior, won the 200-meter dash in 27.52 seconds. Didier, a first-year high schooler, won the 400 in 1:04.4. Senior Dayne Loftin leaped 12.49 meters to win the triple jump for the Richmond boys, who finished fifth with 84 points. CATCH HIM IF YOU CAN Jonathon Harris left much of his competition in the dust Tuesday at the Rob Hoefer Husker Invitational, hosted by Lafayette County of Higginsville. The Orrick junior won the boys 110 high hurdles in 16.34. He also placed second in the 300 intermediate hurdles in 42.49. In the field events, Harris placed second in the long and triple jumps.
