SEDALIA – Three Richmond residents, all Missouri junior swine exhibitors, traveled to jackpot shows throughout the summer to compete for points in the Missouri Pork Association Youth Show Pig Circuit. Points for the circuit could be earned from six of eight shows held statewide between June and July. An awards presentation concluded the program Wednesday, Aug. 11, at the Pork Place on the Missouri State Fairgrounds. Cash Honeycutt took high points for a Poland China, second for a Hampshire gilt and fifth overall. Coy Honeycutt took fourth for an “other pure-bred,” or OPB, barrow.
