Georgianne Ellis, 90, of Hardin, died Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond.

Georgianne was born on October 26, 1930, in Richmond, the daughter of George Radcliffe and Lucy Frances (Perry) Aumiller.  She was united in marriage to Dayton Junior Ellis, of the Richmond and Henrietta area, on May 16, 1948; he preceded her in death on December 10, 2013.

Survivors include: two sons, George (Peggy) Ellis of Norborne and Gene Ellis of Lenexa, KS; daughter, Teresa (David) Kersten of Cypress, TX; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Connie Ann Dickinson, brother, Donald E. Aumiller, and three sisters, Beverly Aumiller, Florence Pitz, and Sarah Burton.

Georgianne was a housewife and homemaker. She was a 4-H leader for many years, an avid gardener, and a member of the Hardin First Baptist Church.
