Elmer Eugene “Gene” Graham, 69, of Richmond, died Sunday, August 1, 2021, at Riverbend Heights Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lexington.

Gene was born on January 2, 1952, in Excelsior Springs, the son of Elmer and Ina Ruth (Yallaly) Graham.

Survivors include: two brothers, Dennis Ray Graham and Kenneth Wayne Graham, both of Richmond; sister, Donna Kay Graham of Richmond; nephew, Chris Graham of Richmond; two nieces, Jessica (Josh) Clark and Emily (Vernon) Pollard, both of Higginsville.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Gene was reared and educated in Richmond.  He retired from the Missouri Department of Transportation.
