EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – Richmond senior Adrian Church has a simple strategy for running in cold, rainy weather like he experienced April 23 during the Mineral Water Classic at Tiger Stadium. “I normally just suck it up and just run,” Church said. By using that strategy, Church won an individual event and helped the Spartans win two relays to finish second in the boys team standings with 117.5 points – 14.5 points behind first-place Harrisonville and 2.5 points ahead of third-place Excelsior Springs.
