A pregnant Richmond woman was able to call Ray County 911 for help after she was attacked and stabbed by her domestic partner. Ray County Sheriff Scott Childers confirmed Justin Robinson, 39, of Richmond was arrested and charged with 16 felonies in total related to the incident. Those charges included six counts of domestic assault, six counts of armed criminal action and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child, creating substantial risk. According to Childers, dispatch received a call in the early morning hours of Jan. 30 by a woman claiming she had been stabbed by Robinson, who had fled the scene in her car. The dispatcher could hear children crying in the background.
