At 3:44 p.m., Benson Keith Schwark, 45, of Excelsior Springs, Mo., was arrested for exceeding posted speed limit (exceeded by 16-19 MPH).

Monday, February 17

At 8:52 a.m., Katherine Lackey, 28, of Hardin, Mo., was arrested for driving without a driver’s license.
