At 7:24 a.m., Lawrence Patrick Neary, 52, of Lawson, MO, was arrested for murder – 1st degree; DWI – prior.

At 12:55 p.m., Stacey E. Beck, 49, of Liberty, MO, was arrested for driving while revoked/suspended; driver/ front seat passenger fail to wear properly adjusted/fastened safety belt.

At 3:37 p.m., Coleman Ray Brown, 28, of Richmond, MO, was arrested for probation violation.

At 5:23 p.m., Kara P. Crow, 26, of Richmond, MO, was arrested for operate vehicle on highway without a valid license – 1st offense; owner operate motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility – 1st offense; exceeded posted speed limit (exceeded by 6-10 MPH); driver/front seat passenger fail to wear properly adjusted/ fastened safety belt; tampering with physical evidence in felony prosecution; unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia – prior drug offense.
