Thursday, February 1

At 12:05 a.m., Ryan Anthony Pierceall, 36, of Independence, MO, was arrested for property damage – 1st degree – damage to motor vehicle with intent to steal; trespass – 1st degree; stealing/ larceny/theft.

At 2:29 p.m., Laura J. Arth, 53, of Kansas City, MO, was arrested for failure to appear.

At 3:29 p.m., Terrance Dionte Alexander, 23, of Kansas City, MO, was arrested for felony property damage/ stealing – 24-hour hold; property damage – 1st degree; stealing.

At 7:35 p.m., Jeremiah Booth Coats, 46, of Norborne, MO, was arrested for operate motor vehicle with vision reducing material applied to windshield/excessive vision reducing material applied to side window; driver/front seat passenger fail to wear properly adjusted/ fastened safety belt.
