Richmond High School Principal Brandon Quick never imagined that he would spend his entire career in the Richmond School District (RSD) when he began the journey 23 years ago. Yet, as he marks this significant milestone , Quick reflects on a career that began unexpect edly but has always been driven by a deep commitment to his students and community. Quick's journey into education wasn't a straight path. After graduating from Missouri Western with a biology degree, Quick struggled to find a job that aligned with his academic background. “I was working as the assistant shop foreman at Swafford's," said Quick. "My wife, Annie, suggested I try substituting at the local school. When I did, they offered me a full-time position as a special education teacher and that's when it all started."
