Illegal immigrants nabbed

After a collaborative investigation into an active ATM skimming theft ring, two illegal immigrants, reportedly from Venezuela, have been arrested. Agencies involved in the investigation were Richmond Police Department (RPD), metro area law enforcement, Mid-States Organized Crime Information Center and Missouri Information Analysis Center. Darwin G. Moreno-Conde, 24; and Yorbin Y. Allen-Hernandez, 44, are now facing two felony charges, including first-degree property damage to a teller machine and stealing. Hernandez recently appeared before Eighth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Lori J. Baskins, where he entered a not-guilty plea. He was also scheduled for a bond hearing this week, but the detailed information was not available as of press time. Conde also appeared for an initial hearing this week, but information on the case was not available as of press time.
