The Missouri Department of Agriculture’s latest agriculture photo contest is underway. Missourians may submit photos for the 15th annual Focus on Missouri Agriculture competition through June 7. The department will announce the names of winning images in July, with those images to be displayed Aug. 8-18 in Sedalia at the Missouri State Fair, agency information states. The Department of Agriculture has created five contest categories: Kid’s Corner (ages 12 and younger), Everyday Life, Around the Barnyard, Beauty of the Farm and Faces of the Farmer. Photographers may submit a maximum of three pictures per category. Department information states that prizes will go to the winners of those categories and the Best in Show honoree.
