The Bulldogs got back to the .500 mark Monday thanks to a five-run second inning as they grabbed an 11-1 win over Richmond in a five-inning contest at Odessa. The Bulldogs ended the game early with a four-run fifth innings as they improved to 9-9, while the Spartans fall to 3-13.

Richmond’s lone run came in the fourth inning as the Spartans cashed in a one-out triple by Calvin Swafford, who scored later in the frame on a passed ball.
