HARDIN – Varsity girls basketball coach Kenny Layman and his Bulldogs take advantage of a lengthy break between their last game of 2019 and their first game of 2020.
After closing 2019 with a loss to Green City in the Holiday Hoops shootout at North Central Missouri College in Trenton, Hardin-Central did not play again until Monday’s meeting with visiting Keytesville. “Before Christmas, we … got in a deal where we were having several games (close together) – and … you’re not able to really work on things like you can over Christmas,” Layman said. “We had a little extended time.”
