WARRENSBURG – Even after experiencing his share of frustrations, Richmond-based racecar driver Skyler Nolker found a few reasons to be satisfied when he pulled his Class B-modified stockcar into the pits near the end of the night July 25 at Central Missouri Speedway. “Overall, it wasn’t terrible. … We could’ve been better, could’ve been worse,” Nolker said. “(The car) still runs and we’re still breathing.” Echoing a comment from his dad, Chad, Nolker added, “Any time you can drive (up) on the trailer, that’s a victory.” Starting in 20th, Nolker placed 15th in the B-modified feature race. “We had brand new tires on and we had good speed, I felt like,” he said. “Track was … super-slick.
