Roylynna was raised as an Army brat at the locations where her father was stationed, which included Texas, Iowa, Washington and Germany. She returned to the Richmond area in the eighth grade and graduated from Richmond High School. Roylynna started working at Walmart in high school and worked there for several years after graduat-ing. She also worked at the U.S. Bank in Richmond, babysat at home, and in the elementary school cafeteria. Most people recognize her from the Ray County Courthouse, where she worked as clerk in the criminal division of the Ray County Circuit Court for the past 12 years. Roylynna was a member of the Henrietta First Baptist Church, the Henrietta Park Board and the Alpha Alpha Chi Sorority. Roylynna’s hobby was “junking” or antiquing. She loved camping and attending all the kids’ functions. The highlight of her life was her grandbaby. She will be missed dear-ly by all who knew her.
