Robert Milton Goodale, 55, Richmond, died Friday, July 5, 2019, at North Kansas City Hospital.

Robert was born June 8, 1964, in Kansas City, the son of James Robert and Kathleen Gail (Cox) Goodale.

Robert grew up and was educated in Richmond. He graduated from Richmond High School.

He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he proudly served his country.

Robert worked for Price Candy in Richmond and Lake City Arsenal. He enjoyed everything to do with cars including working on them, going to car shows, hotrods and racing. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include: his father, James Robert Goodale of Richmond; a son, Caleb Thomas Goodale of Richmond; a sister, Gretchen Hayward and her husband, James of Richmond; a nephew, Dakota Hayward of Richmond; and an aunt, Nancy Rye of Kansas City.

Robert was preceded in death by his mother.
