John E. Pearon, 70, of Dockery, died Sept. 18, 2018, at the Kindred Hospital Northland, Kansas City.

He was born Jan. 1, 1948, in Cedar City, Missouri, to Raymond and Minie (Todd) Pearon.

He is survived by sons, John Pearon, Jr. of Richmond, Timmy Pearon of Haletown, Tennessee, James Pearon of Hardin and Raymond Pearon of Moberly; daughters, Jennie Prather of Cleveland, Tennessee, Lori Talli of Higginsville, Karen Pearon of Cameron and Tiffany Pearon of Moberly; a brother, Eddie Pearon of Richmond and 3 sisters, Betty Carter of Jasper, Arkansas, Linda Graham of Knob Noster and Anita Hendricks of Richmond. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Pearon and a granddaughter, Lexie Talli.

Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22 at the City Cemetery in Higginsville.

Pallbearers will be John Pearon, Jr., Timothy G. Pearon, James W. Pearon, Marcus W. Pearon, Zach T. Pearon and Shawn E. Pearon.
