Hellen Elaine Harris, 70, of Richmond, died Friday, Aug.28, 2020, at Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond.

Hellen was born on Nov. 30, 1949, in St. Joseph, the daughter of Charles and Betty Nelson.

Survivors include a son, Michael S. (April) Harris Jr.; daughter, Tammy Kincaid; nine grandchildren, Alisha Morrison, Tiffany Kincaid, Crystal Kincaid, Dustin Jeude, J.D. Kincaid, Cody Kincaid, Mallorie Harris, Makayla Harris and Ruger Harris; and three brothers, Chuck Nelson, Rusty Nelson, and Darrell Nelson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Charles Kincaid; brother, Buzz Nelson; and two sisters, Toni Cone and Anna Gray. Hellen was a great-grandmother, a big-time giver, lov

Hellen was a great-grandmother, a big-time giver, loving person and a good cook. She enjoyed crafting. She always told her family she was a wild thing in her youth and loved to tell stories about it.
