ODESSA – The new trade agreement with Canada and Mexico is expected to make little difference for farmers, but the trade war with China does, House Agriculture Committee Chairman Collin Peterson, D-Minnesota, told a crowd of about 60 people, including farmers, at Odessa Community Center.

“There are people that will win in the China deal, they’re just not us. It’s intellectual property, some of these other areas (that may win),” Peterson said. “Agriculture – I don’t see any upside for us.”
