Richmond water work

ON EASTVIEW DRIVE, Justin Seals from MB Construction gets hand signals from Chance Shannon, who leans into an open channel to see where the lines are under the street.

RICHMOND – After new water and gas lines are installed, and street work is done, residents on Mary, Martha and Margaret streets should not see repair crews as often.

For a few weeks, MB Construction will dig into the streets to replace 2-inch water lines with 6-inch water lines.
