RICHMOND – Kim Ghisalberti said she hopes her new business will help make supervised custody visits less painful for parents and their children, and maybe reduce travel time. Ghisalberti plans to open On Neutral Ground, a supervised visitation service on North College Street in Richmond, in early September. She provided a tour and interview streamed live by this newspaper Aug. 10.
