Paying bills easier

RICHMOND Economic Development Director Alicia Shaw shows where the Hill Street standpipe is in relation to areas open for development in Richmond. A new billing system is part of the water system master plan, which includes renovations and repairs.

RICHMOND – City utility customers may pay for water, sewer and trash in one electronic payment.

“A new website allows our customers to not only automatically pay their bill with a credit/debit card, but also track their water use,” Richmond Economic Development Director Alicia Shaw said. “They can also sign up for paperless e-billing and receive their bill via email each month.”
