Fees paid to grow pot in Ray

THE PLAN is to grow marijuana for medical use in Ray County.

RICHMOND – Ray and Clay counties each could become home to medical marijuana facilities, based on information released by the Missouri Department of Health and Human Services.

Two applications have been filed with the state to grow marijuana in Ray County and two in Clay.
