PROTECT YOURSELF, OTHERS

1. Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before eating, after using the bathroom and after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing.

2. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.

3. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then dispose of that tissue in the trash.

4. When ill, stay at home until symptoms are gone.

WHEN TO GET TESTED

If ill – having a fever, cough or difficulty breathing – contact your doctor or local health department to help determine if COVID-19 testing is needed. People experiencing severe breathing problems should seek immediate medical attention.
