RICHMOND MIDDLE SCHOOL students Saliyah Tharp, 12, and Breeana Travillion, 13, have to show trust in each other to successfully transfer rubber balls from one cup to the other.

RICHMOND – A Richmond Middle School Career Day organizer, Jeanine Brand, credited the school’s seventh-graders with helping to organize the event Friday.

Brand said their academic work helps connect students to adult experiences.
