RICHMOND – The annual Ray County Coalition luncheon Tuesday at the United Presbyterian Church drew about 60 people, including student and community leaders.

Various organizations are involved with the coalition in an effort help youngsters learn to lead safe and productive lives.

“We try to involve different facets of the community,” Connie Taylor said.
