Tuesday, April 3, 2018, for the purpose of electing one director

for a term of three years from District One (1) and one director

Citizens Nursing Home District of Ray County, Missouri.

Notice is further given that any United States citizen who

is a resident taxpayer in District 1 or District 2, who is at

least twenty-four (24) years of age and who has resided within

the state for one (1) year next preceding the date of the

election desiring to become a candidate for the office of

In compliance with RSMo Sec. 115.127(5), notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of the City of Hardin, Ray County, Missouri, that the annual election of officers of the City of Hardin, Missouri, shall be held on the 3rd day of April, 2018, in conformity with RSMo Sec. 79.030. At said election, there shall be elected:

  1. A Board of Alderman at-large for the full term of two (2) years.
  2. A Board of Alderman at-large for the full term of two (2) years.

All candidates are hereby notified to file their names in person with the City Clerk of Hardin, Missouri, at the City Hall, 100 East Main Street, Hardin, Missouri. The filing hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 12, 2017 and Tuesday, January 16, 2018. School Board Filing Notice

 

Filing dates for the Hardin-Central C-2 School Board of Education are set to begin on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. and will end on Friday, January 12, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.

 

Qualifications of candidates for board members Section 162.291 seven-director district:  The voters of each seven-director district shall annually, on the first Tuesday of April, elect two (2) directors who are citizens of the United States and resident taxpayers of the district, who have resided in this state for one year next preceding their election or appointment, and who are at least 24 years of age.

 

You may file in person in the Office of the Superintendent during regular office hours Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Tuesday, December 20, 2017 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  School will not be in session December 21, 2017 through January 3, 2018.

The height of the tower will be 25.3-meters above ground level. The tower is anticipated to have no FAA Lighting.  Specific information regarding the project is available by calling MO Network Utility Transport, LLC at 404-978-2457 during normal business hours. A1093620 and may raise environmental concerns about the project under the National Environmental Policy Act rules of the Federal Communications Commission, 47 CFR §1.1307, by notifying the FCC of the specific reasons that the action may have a significant impact on the quality of the human environment.
