With Richmond City Council’s unanimous approval, Richmond City Administrator Tonya Willim is executing an agreement with AT Abatement Services, Inc., Tribeca Concrete Construction, LLC; and DB Flooring, LLC to install a new flooring system in the city gymnasium.
