RICHMOND – Kennedy Wrisinger considered her performance in Monday’s Odessa Tournament at Shirkey Golf Course in Richmond a reminder of the importance of staying hungry and humble. After “a really strong week last week” that included medal-winning performances in match and tournament play, the Richmond junior speculated she was “probably a little too confident” when she started her 18-hole, par-71 round. “I started off really rough,” Wrisinger said. “I … think it was more of my mental game than actually, like, my swing and stuff.
