RICHMOND – The Spartans could not get their offense going Tuesday, falling 4-0 to Lafayette County of Higginsville at Southview Park in varsity softball. “We did not hit very well last night against Higginsville,” Richmond coach Staci Maddux stated Wednesday via email. The Spartans were slated to finish the week Thursday against visiting Carrollton.
