Business-minded Aggies handle Mustangs under Thursday night lights

A schedule change didn’t throw off Norborne Hardin-Central’s (NHC’s) performance on the gridiron Oct. 13 against Northwest of Hughesville/ Sedalia Sacred Heart in 8-man football action, J.W. Doyle and Anakin Grayson agreed. As was reported last week in the Richmond News, the Aggies had to play on a Thursday night, rather than Friday night – the typical night for varsity high school football. The change occurred because of a lack of available officials, NHC coach Andrew Watson explained. “Even though it was weird, we went out and took care of business and got a win and came back home,” said Doyle, a Hardin-Central senior, who was interviewed along with Grayson and Watson following Monday’s practice at Hardin-Central.
