Travis Jordan Pigg, 41, of Richmond, died unexpectedly on Monday, June 21, 2021, at his residence.

Travis was born on October 14, 1979 in Richmond the son of Danny Lee and Linda Diane (Skinner) Pigg. He was united in marriage to Courtney Ranea Voyles of Richmond on July 16, 2009, they later divorced but have remained best friends.

Survivors include: two daughters, Andrea Pigg of Richmond and Danyell Pigg of Kansas City, his mother, Linda Diane Pigg of Richmond, and his grandmother, Darlene Skinner of Richmond.

He was preceded in death by his father, both paternal grandparents and his maternal grandfather.

Travis was reared and educated in Orrick and graduated from Orrick High School. Travis was currently employed at Rhino Liners in Richmond. Travis was a big sports fan especially loved the Royals and the Chiefs. He liked playing guitar, he was self-taught. He loved going to concerts especially heavy metal. He especially loved his daughters and spending time with them. He loved his grandmothers’ dog, Ms. Mable, he called her his little fat girl. Travis was baptized at the Orrick Christian Church and accepted the Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

The family suggest memorial contributions be made to his children's educational fund. They can be left at or mailed to Thurman Funeral Home, 507 E Main Street - P.O. Box 190, Richmond, MO 64085.

Visitation with memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. services to follow at 2:00 p.m. Inurnment will be at a later date by the family.
