Ritchie Moyer Vick, 72, of Orrick, MO, passed away on Feb. 28, 2022.

Ritchie was born on May 3, 1949, in Excelsior Springs, MO to John Vick and Virginia (Moyer) Vick. In his early years he lived in the Millville area and then moved to Richmond, MO. He moved to Orrick when he married Sally (Gooch) Vick in 1976, she survives of the home.

He is also survived by his children, Daniel Vick (Carla), Nathan Vick (Nichole), and Becky Vick; granddaughters, Kyndal Vick, Ellie Alexander, Jordyn Vick, and Amelia Vick; brothers, Mel Vick, Wesley Vick, and John Vick; and sister, Ann Vick.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, J.P. Vick.

He served in the U.S. Army. If you wanted to find Ritchie, you could find him either at the farm, a basketball game, or an auction. He loved collecting “treasures.”  He enjoyed volunteering his time at all Orrick Bearcat sporting events.

We will be celebrating Ritchie’s life on Saturday, Mar. 5, 2022, from 2 to 5 p.m. at The Home Place at Valley View, 35920 West Highway T, Camden, MO 64017.
