On Friday, March 4, 2022, Paul Allen Stineman, 62, of Richmond, MO, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  Paul would want everyone to know that he’s not in heaven now because he was a good man or because he had done good things, which he was and he had.  He is in heaven today because he had given his heart and his life to the one true God, Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again so that all who believe may spend eternity with Him. 

Paul was born in Moline, IL, to Robert Allen and Sally Anne Stineman, on October 9, 1959.  Paul began a plumbing career in Illinois and later moved his family to the Kansas City area to start his own business.  He owned and operated Paul’s Plumbing for over 35 years in the Kansas City, Polo, and then Richmond areas. 

Paul was a family man who loved the Lord.  He spent all of his free time with his family and church family.  He was an outgoing and friendly man who never met a stranger.  He loved to share his faith, he loved to cook and entertain in his home, and he always had a good joke to tell.  Paul was united in marriage to Jamie (Brown) Stineman on April 9, 2011; she survives of the home. 

Paul is survived by his children and grandchildren: Sabrina Stineman of Kansas City, MO, grandson, Jack Stineman-Wilson, also of Kansas City, MO; Stephanie (Jeff) Overstreet and their children: Jeanette (Lucas) Stephenson and their children: Nathan Stineman and Gregory Stineman, as well as multiple cousins and many other family members and friends. 

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Sally Stineman. 

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to either the Bridge of Hope Women’s Resource Center or to the Christian Fellowship Ministry, both of Richmond, MO, in memory of Paul.  They can be left at or mailed to Thurman Funeral Home, 507 East Main Street-P.O.
