Patricia Louise “Pat” Goodall, 77, of Henrietta, passed away Saturday, Dec. 23, 2023, at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence. Pat was born Oct. 28, 1946, in Norborne, the daughter of Clifford Franklin Sr. and Ina Mae (Wrisinger) Martin. She was united in marriage to Harold Leonard Goodall of Concordia on Dec. 1, 1967. He preceded her in death on Jan. 9, 2003.

Survivors include two sons, C.E. Goodall of Blue Springs and Don Goodall (Terri Lowe) of Knob Noster. Other survivors include six grandchildren, Derek Goodall, Damon Goodall (Amber Green) and Dalane Goodall (Ronnie Slagle), all of Blue Springs; Jenifer (Brian) Gilman and David (Krista) Goodall, both of Knob Noster; and Donald Ryan (Amanda) Goodall of Sedalia.

Still other survivors include 11 great-grandchildren, Jace Goodall, Liam Goodall, Adalyn Goodall, Hannah Goodall, Leesa Gilman, Samantha Gilman, Aubrey Goodall, Emma Goodall, Railyne Goodall, Annalise Goodall and Leo Goodall, with one on the way; siblings, Archie (Rita) Martin, Clifford (Georgianna) Martin, Dennis (Susan) Martin, Diana Sutton and Linda (Jack) McKee; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Harold Martin; and daughter-in-law, Lura Renea Goodall.

Pat attended grade school in Henrietta and graduated from Richmond High School.

In addition to raising her family, she worked as a seamstress for Dunbrooke Clothing in Lexington, as a clerk for Casey’s in Henrietta and Dollar General in Versailles.

Pat and Harold owned and operated Goodall Trucking. She even had her CDL license.

She was a member of West Union Baptist Church in Versailles. Her faith was important to her.

Pat was a two-time cancer survivor. She was active in Relay for Life events to help cure the disease.

Pat especially enjoyed being a grandmother. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society. They can be left at or mailed to Thurman Funeral Home; 507 E. Main St.-P.O. Box 190; Richmond, MO 64085.

Visitation and funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 28, at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond, with visitation beginning at 1 p.m., followed by the services at 2. Burial followed in Cravens Cemetery near Camden.
