Marjorie Lucille Creason, 95, recently of Marysville, Ohio, passed away on Jan. 12, 2021. She was born to William K. and Hattie (Pardue) Clark on Dec. 17, 1925, in Richmond. She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Floyd, Orville, Franklin (Clark) and Irene Graham Pratt. She was married in 1946 to Russell Lloyd Creason for 68 years. He preceded her in death on Oct. 4, 2014.

She is survived by a daughter, Jean McLendon (Jess) of Ohio; her grandchildren, David Russell Holloway (Dina) of New Jersey and Marni Cristin Dwyer (Aaron) of Ohio; and six great-grandchildren.

Marge began a 35-year career in banking, at age 16, at the Exchange Bank of Richmond, under the mentoring of William Yates.

The family will honor Marge at a memorial service and internment to be held at the Richmond Memory Gardens at a time when it is safe to assemble.

In Marge’s memory, contributions may be made to the Russell and Marjorie Creason Endowed Scholarship at William Jewell College; 500 College Hill; Liberty, MO 64068.
