Joyce Price Joyce Leah (Early) Price, 78, of Richmond passed away Friday, Jan. 17, 2025, at North Kansas City Hospital after a short battle with cancer. Joyce was born Nov. 21, 1946, in Topeka, Kan., the daughter of Loyd Franklin and Mary Elizabeth (Hileman) Early. Survivors include her daughter, Amy Hannah of Richmond; brother, Larry (Lil) Early of Richmond; granddaughter, Leah (Joseph) Hannah-Gorham of Richmond; three greatgrandchildren, Lucia, Harlee and Rolland Gorham; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Milton E. Price; and infant brother, Clifford Early. Joyce was raised in the Rockingham community, where she attended Central Elementary and later graduated from Stet High School. She was a devoted wife and loving mother, fully committed to her Christian faith and an active member of the Richmond Christian Union Church.
