WHO VOTED FOR 'LEAVE'
Body
RICHMOND – The school board continues to deny public access to how each member voted when placing Superintendent Mike Aytes and Richmond High School Principal John Parker on leave.
State law and a Missouri media law expert suggest how each board member voted must be disclosed.
The Richmond News has filed paperwork asking Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt to review the matter.
The newspaper has not asked the school board for information that may be closed for a legitimate legal reason, such as why the board placed Aytes and Parker on leave.
