Supreme Court seeks child support feedback
The Family Court Committee of the Supreme Court of Missouri is reaching out to the public and legal professionals to gather input as part of its mandatory review of the child support guidelines.
This review will involve a thorough examination of the underlying assumptions, information and methodology used in the current guidelines. Feedback and comments should focus exclusively on the guidelines and how child support determinations are made. It is important to note the committee is not authorized to consider changes to existing state laws or address issues related to collecting, enforcing or modifying child support orders, as these matters are beyond the committee’s jurisdiction and scope.
