Supreme Court Judges retain seats
Missouri retained both Supreme Court Judges following the No., 5 General Election Ballot.
Statewide Judge Kelly C. Broniec received 1,621,559 votes or 63.105% in favor of retention, compared to 948,076 or 36.89d% votes against. Ray County followed suit, with 7,100 voted in favor of retention or 68.87%, while 3,210 votes or 31.13% were cast against.
Broniec was appointed to Supreme Court of Missouri in September 2023 by Governor Mike Parsons.
Judge Ginger K. Gooch was also retained with 1,599,079 votes or 62.251% in favor statewide, while 966,669 votes or 37.749% were cast in oppoition. Locally Gooch’s retention votes totaled 7,003 or 68.11%, while 3,279 votes or 31.89% were cast against.
Gooch was appointed to the Supreme Court of Missouri Oct. 30, 2023, by Governor Mike Parsons.
