The Ray County Sheriff’s Office is sharing insight from a 2020 homicide case in hopes of generating additional tips and bringing justice to the family of Colette Noelle Greene (also known as Nicole Joann Kasch). Greene’s body was found in Ray County in 2022 and the case has remained active since. Greene was a daughter, sibling, friend and new mother loved by many. Her death will not be forgotten, and a task force continues to follow up on the many tips that have been received. Ray County Sheriff Gary Blackwell said he and Greene’s family would like to thank the brave community members who provided information to investigators and asks that “the individuals who made multiple anonymous tips about Colette” and those with knowledge about her murder reach out to the Ray County Sheriff’s Office.
