The Restore Richmond Home Improvement Grant Program began last year and after positive feedback – is back again this year for local homeowners. Any Richmond homeowner who lives in the residency and wishes to improve their property can apply today. Financial assistance was provided to eligible homeowners based on federal income guidelines.
