Richmond man facing three felonies
A Richmond man has been arrested for a probation or parole violation after being charged with three felonies.
George B. Kidwell Jr., 46, has been charged with two counts of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images and threatening nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images.
Kidwell was arrested on a parole violation after being charged with the three felonies.
He is currently in Ray County Jail without bond and will appear for an initial appearance at 9 a.m. on Oct. 29.
According to the complaint filed by Ray County Prosecuting Attorney Camille A. Johnston,
the range of punishment for each class D felony of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images is imprisonment in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections for a term not less than one year and not to exceed seven years; or by imprisonment for a special term not to exceed one year in the county jail or other authorized penal institution; or by a fine not to exceed $10,000; or by both…
