A warrant has been issued for a Rayville man who is facing a multitude of charges. Dalton Baldwin, 18, has been charged with two felonies and four misdemeanors, including two counts of delivering a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid and four counts of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Earlier this week, Eighth Judicial Circuit Judge Lori J. Baskins issued a warrant for Baldwin’s arrest and set a bond of $20,000 cash, 10% or corporate surety with special conditions of release.
