Rayville man facing multiple drug charges

A warrant has been issued for a Rayville man who is facing a multitude of charges. Dalton Baldwin, 18, has been charged with two felonies and four misdemeanors, including two counts of delivering a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid and four counts of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Earlier this week, Eighth Judicial Circuit Judge Lori J. Baskins issued a warrant for Baldwin’s arrest and set a bond of $20,000 cash, 10% or corporate surety with special conditions of release. The special conditions include appearing in court as required, submitting to all orders, refraining from committing any new offenses, not tampering with any victim or witness, undergoing testing for drug or alcohol use and reporting regularly to Missouri Supervision Solutions LLC for pre-trial supervision. “Court finds that sufficient facts have been stated to show probable cause to believe that a felony has been committed,” stated Baskins. “Court finds…
