Ray County Sheriff’s Department arrests from December 16, 2022 to December 18, 2022.

Friday, December 16

Jeffery Gilbour, 37, of Chillicothe, MO, was arrested for a 24-hour hold – possession of controlled substance/ burglary. Burglary – 1 st degree. Possession of controlled substance – 35 grams or less of marijuana. Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thomas Alen Miller, 60, of Richmond, MO, was arrested for burglary – 1st degree. Domestic assault – 2nd degree X4. Property damage – 2nd degree.

Tracey Renne Miller, 37, of Richmond, MO, was arrested for a 24-hour hold.

Saturday, December 17 Griffen Harris, 23, of Orrick, MO, was arrested for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Exceeded posted speed limit (exceeded by 11-15 MPH).

Travis Ryan Hulsey, 37, of Lawson, MO, was arrested for domestic assault – 2nd degree. Domestic assault – 3rd degree. Property damage – 2nd degree.

James Floyd Long, 42, of Orrick, MO, was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm. Driving while revoked/suspended – 1st offense. Operate motor vehicle owned by another knowing owner has not maintained financial responsibility. Failed to dim lights when within 500 feet of oncoming vehicle/300 feet of rear of a vehicle. Fail to properly affix/ fasten to or maintain motor vehicle plates.

Brett D. Smith, 32, of Richmond, MO, was arrested for possession of controlled substance – 35 grams or less of marijuana. Unlawful possession of a firearm. Operate motor vehicle with vision reducing material applied to windshield/side windows. Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Matthew Allan Wilson, of Richmond, MO, was arrested for possession of controlled substance – 35 grams or less of marijuana. Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Driver/front

Sunday, December 18 Raymond Christopher Kirtley, 47, of Richmond, MO, was arrested for peace disturbance – 1st offense. Resisting or interfering with arrest/detention/stop.

Seth David Webb, 24, was arrested for assault – 2nd degree. Armed criminal action and unlawful use of weapon – subsection 4 – exhibiting.
